«Administration» shall mean the administration of vpn.insorg.org site.

«VPN-service» shall mean the service of accessing a virtual private network.

«Subscription» shall mean subscription to the VPN-service.

«User» shall mean any person who has purchased (or received free of charge in course of a promotion action) the Subscription provided by vpn.insorg.org internet service. Any User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement automatically (without acceptance).

«Subscription Period» shall mean any period of time during which a User is eligible to use the VPN-service.

This Agreement has been concluded between Administration, on the one part and the User on the other part. Administration shall provide VPN-service at the prices and for the Subscription Periods as shown at the vpn.insorg.org site during 24 hours a day and the User may use the VPN-service as he/she may find appropriate during the term of validity of his/her Subscription.

a)The User undertakes not to commit any unlawful action using the VPN-service provided by Administration. By this you accept the obligation not to use the VPN-service for spamming (including link-spamming), financial improprieties, fraud, distribution of child pornography, any kind of computer attack, hacking or any other actions or activities capable of harming any Internet user or service. Administration shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of this paragraph’s provisions on part of the User. Any liabilities or responsibilities for violating the provisions hereof shall be imposed solely upon the User.

b)In the event that any VPN-service outages occur for more than 12 hours, Administration undertakes either to prolong the Subscription Period for the period of time equal to the period of duration of such an outage or to grant a relevant discount at purchasing another Subscription.

Any loss or damages incurred in relation to any outages in the VPN-service, including any loss of profit, shall not be compensated or reimbursed by Administration. The VPN-service is provided on ‘as is’ basis. Administration shall not return to the User any payment received for the Subscription.
