To unblock access to our resources, select the free VPN server "1 UNBLOCK SITES FREE" for your connection. You do not have to enter your Username or Password.

4. Use our proxy client for Windows to access the proxy service website available at
https://proxy.insorg.org/ProxyClient_Install_1.0.exe (if the link is no longer active, go back to Step 1). By launching this proxy client, you will get access to the proxy service website even if the main domain is inaccessible.
